Double Trouble is a documentary celebration of living with the twin identies of being gay or lesbian and Aboriginal in Australia. A joyful and lively group of gay men and lesbians tell stories from their lives- from early discoveries of sexuality, to experiences of prejudice within the gay scene, to the issues which arise from being gay or lesbian in the urban Aboriginal community. Commissioned by Channel Four in the UK, Double Trouble is a playful, exuberant and insightful look into a rarely seen community.
